Nutrition
All meals follow the Canada Food Guide’s recommendation for this age group:
- Breakfast type snack is served in the morning.
- Afternoon snack
Daily Activities
- Activities are planned for the children based on interests of children. These activities include: Creative and sensory play, art activities, group games, songs and books, building on writing and math skills, pretend play, field trips, science and cooking activities and indoor and outdoor active play and quiet time.
- Documentation of learning activities can be found throughout the centre.
