PHILOSOPHY

CARING FOR KIDS believes that early childhood education is provided using the following philosophical guidelines:

We see care and education as a joint partnership between the teachers and caregivers and parent, in which we support the parents and share in the child’s day.

We believe in providing a safe, healthy, nurturing, learning environment and responding to the individual developmental and cultural needs of each child.

We believe that children are to be guided using a positive learning approach.

We believe that interaction between children, families, employees and the school community is built on mutual respect.
